1. Service Overview

Chip Level Repairing operates as an independent, local physical laptop repair business based in Pune, India. We do not offer remote access technical support or online technical assistance. All repairs are conducted physically at our service center or via our authorized doorstep service.

2. No Affiliation

We are a third-party, independent service provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by any major laptop manufacturers (including but not limited to HP, Dell, Lenovo, Apple, Asus, Acer, MSI).

3. Customer Responsibility and Data Loss

It is the strict responsibility of the customer to back up all personal data, software, and files before handing over their device for repair. Chip Level Repairing shall not be held liable for any loss, corruption, or compromise of data, software, or files under any circumstances.

4. No Guarantee Disclaimer and Service Limitations

While we strive to provide the highest quality of service, we make no absolute guarantees regarding the outcome of complex hardware repairs (such as motherboard chip-level repairs). The success of a repair depends on the age, condition, and previous repair history of the device.

If a device is deemed unrepairable after diagnostics, standard diagnostic fees may still apply.
We are not responsible for any pre-existing faults or issues that are discovered during the repair process.

5. Warranty on Repairs

We provide a limited warranty solely on the specific parts replaced and the labor associated with that specific repair. This warranty is void if the device shows signs of subsequent physical damage, liquid damage, or tampering by unauthorized third parties.
